Special Board Meeting of July 23, 2003

 

The Board approved the following:

     Resignation of Eloise Groegler from her position of gifted teacher at the senior high school, effective August 30, 2003.

     Resignation of Anne Hall from her position of English teacher at the senior high school, effective August 30, 2003.

     Resignation of Jayne F. Hartzog from her position of Math Teacher at the Senior High School, effective August 8, 2003.

     Jeffrey Krempasky as Assistant Principal at the Middle School, effective July 24, 2003.  His annual salary will be $64,000.00, prorated, with benefits.

     Tanya Hock as Assistant Cheerleading Coach with 0 years experience at a compensation of 80% of the current district supplemental reimbursement of $2,254.00 totaling $1,803.00.

     Jennifer Moyer as Assistant Cheerleading Coach with 0 years experience at a compensation of 80% of the current district supplemental reimbursement of $2,254.00 totaling $1,803.00, pending receipt of clearances.

     Matthew Rumsfield as Middle School Coed Cross Country Coach with 0 years experience at a compensation of 80% of the current district supplemental reimbursement of $800.00 totaling $640.00.

     Compensation adjustment for Dottie Thomson, NovaNET Program and Summer School teacher for 2003 to $33.29/hour, no additional benefits.

     Jonathan Terry as Supply Room Coordinator at the Middle School, effective for the 2003-04 school year.  Compensation will be $1,112.00, no additional benefits.

     Karen J. Kutz as Twirling Coach at the Middle School, effective for the 2003-04 school year.  Compensation will be $647.00, no benefits.

    Jayne F. Hartzog as Technology Trainer, effective August 11, 2003.  Her salary will be $60,000, pro-rated, with benefits.

    Authorization for the issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Series A of 2003, in the amount of $7,195,000 to refund the 1999 Series pursuant to the Local Government Unit Debt Act of 1996.
