Ott and Michael Schneider recognized student athletes.
Dr. Linda Firestone and Stacy Gober presented the 2007-08 NASD
Preliminary Budget Draft and Michael Schneider presented the 2007-08 Athletic
Budget. Chris Haller, D’Huy
Engineering, presented an update on the High School project.
Silvia Hoffman, MKSD Architects, presented an update on the Wolf and
George Wolf Elementary School projects. Mr.
Gogel presented the BAVTS report and Mr. Politi presented the NCC report.

agreement with D’Huy Engineering, Bethlehem PA, for construction
management and resident project engineer services on the George Wolf and
Wolf Elementary projects to include the basic services specified within the
original proposal and optional services 2.2.4, 2.2.5, and 2.3.1, for a total
cost of $691,128, contingent upon final review and approval by the
January - December 2007 $3,120.00

to execute a contract with K12 Systems, Inc. of Allentown, PA, for Student
Information System software licensing, support, and hosting beginning with
the 2007-08 school year at an estimated yearly cost of $72,000 ($12.00 per
student x 6,000 students = $72,000) and a one time cost of $17,850 for
conversion services and training, payable from the 2007-08 budget.
World Software to host the District web site at a cost of $7,140 per year
for one year, effective July 1, 2007.
of receipt of the official records from the Act 1 Tax Study Commission,
recognition and commendation of the Commission members for their dedication
and efforts on behalf of NASD, and discharge of the Commission, effective
December 11, 2006.
for the Board and administration to send a letter to all District tax
collectors and local municipalities requesting their presence at a meeting
to discuss the formation of a district Council of Governments.
