At the regular meeting of the Board of
Education, the Board approved the following:
- The following addition
to the District Volunteer Master Listing for the 2013-2014 school year:
Tara Williams Borough
- Revised Community
Education Spring roster of instructors and stipends for the 2013-2014 school
- Revised mentor list
dated February 28, 2014 including the mentors and payment for the 2013-2014
Ms. Lindsay Fly, dance team coach,
to chaperone eight (8) students to
participate in the Dance Championship Competition to be held in Wildwood, New
Jersey, on April 30, May 1, 2, 3, and 4, 2014. Cost to the District will be
approximately $480.00 which amount is included in the approved 2013-2014
High School budget.
Additions and deletions to the
Substitute Listing for the 2013-2014 school year.
of the following policy, effective March 11, 2014: 717 - Tobacco Use
- Tuition rates of $310.00
per two-hour course for resident students and $360.00 per two-hour course for
non-resident students for the 2014 summer school program. Tuition costs for
courses less than or greater than two hours will be pro-rated.
- The following
sixty-month leases with Fraser Advanced Information Systems replace copiers at
the High School and the Earned Income Tax Office:

- 2014-15 Colonial IU 20
General Operating Budget in the amount of $3,122,410 with the NASD portion of
$38,551.29 required to fund the budget.
- 2013-2014 Budget
- Issuance of General
Obligation Bonds, Series A & B of 2014, in the maximum aggregate principal
amount of $40,500,000 for the purpose of funding a portion of the new Middle
School Project and refunding Series 2006, 2007, and 2009 General Obligation
Bonds pursuant to the Local Government Unit Debt Act of 1996 and according to
the Borrowing Resolution.
- 2014-15 Bethlehem Area
Vocational Technical School General Fund Budget in the amount of $10,835,562
with the NASD portion of $2,226,959 required to fund the budget.
- Bills for Payment.
Adjudication report for High School Student 2013-08.
