At the regular meeting of the Board of Education, the Board approved the following:

       Mrs. Tara Mrazik, Mrs. Maryanne Miller, Mrs. Allison Fiorini, Mrs. Jaclyn Grejda, Mr. Ryan Brobst, and Mr. Robert Steckel to attend the DECA ICDC along with forty-two (42) DECA students on May 2-7, 2014, in Atlanta, GA.  Maximum cost to the District will be $1,600.00, which amount is included in the 2013-14 Board approved curriculum budget. 

       The following list of staff members and their compensation for Intramural programs at Moore Elementary for the 2013-2014 school year.

       Use of Spanish Interpreter services for special needs students at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00, which cost will be funded through Access monies for a two (2) year time period.

       Adoption of the following policies, effective March 25, 2014:  220 - Student Expression/Distribution and Posting of Material, 913 - Special Interest Group/Individual Participation in the School Setting, and 913.1 - Flyer/Information Distribution.

            Middle School - 230 ton unit at an annual cost of $2,760

            High Schoolís two 400 ton units at an annual cost of $4,224

            Col. Siegfried - 185 ton unit at an annual cost of $2,196

            George Wolf - 170 ton unit at an annual cost of $2,196

       Bills for Payment.

       The Public/Private Attachment License Agreement with PPL Electric Utilities for nine (9) poles at a rate of $173.97 per year.  This amount is included in the Board approved 2013-2014 Technology Services budget.

       Settlement of the tax assessment appeal filed by Mulberry Properties L.P. for Tax Parcel No. K6NW4D-3-1-0503 (located in Borough of Bath, Northampton County) pursuant to the attached Stipulation of Counsel and authorize the Districtís Solicitor to execute the Stipulation of Counsel on behalf of the School District. The Stipulation is effective for School District taxes on and after July 1, 2014.
