At the regular meeting of the Board of
Education, the Board approved the following:
- Transfer of professional
staff as revised for the 2015-2016 school year.
- Updated job descriptions
for the following positions: Personnel Office Secretary, Benefits Specialist,
Secretary – Assistant Superintendent, and Supervisor for Human Resources and
Child Accounting, effective July 28, 2015.
- Lee Strohl an unpaid
leave of absence, beginning July 24, 2015, through August 5, 2015.
- Half-year medical
sabbatical for Helen Suchajda, Mathematics Teacher at the Middle School,
effective for the first semester of the 2015-2016 school year.
- Stephanie Heffelfinger,
an unpaid FMLA childrearing leave, benefits waived, per Federal Government
regulations beginning August 24, 2015, through September 15, 2015, and an
unpaid childrearing leave, beginning September 16, 2015, through November 3,
2015, no benefits.
- District Coordinators’
and Team Leaders’ compensations effective September 1, 2015, through August
- Andrea Vent, Short Term
Substitute Special Education Teacher at Moore Elementary, effective August 24,
2015, through November 25, 2015, at the
daily rate of $125.00, without benefits.
- Mrs. Sarah Aduddell as
the School Psychologist Intern at a cost of $5,000.00 plus compensation for
mileage at the IRS rate for the 2015-2016 school year.
- Submit PlanCon Part H:
Project Financing for the General Obligation Bonds,Series of 2015, for the
Middle School Construction Project No. 3687 to PDE.
- Accept approval from PDE
for PlanCon Part K: Project Refinancing for the General Obligation Note,
Series of 2015 Refunding Issue, which refunded the 2010 Series Bond.
- Treasurer’s Report.
- Bills for Payment.
- Submission of the Special Education Plan
Revision Notice reflective of the 2015-2016 Special Education Programming.
