At the regular meeting of the Board of Education, the Board approved the following:

       Revised list of Support Staff transfers effective with the 2015-2016 school year.

       Resignation of Michelle Korcienski from the position of Health Room Aide, effective July 23, 2015.

       Resignation of Rose Roberts, Accounting Supervisor, for the purpose of super-annuated retirement, effective January 4, 2016. 

       Jennifer Gerhart, a paid childbearing leave of absence, beginning on or about October 7, 2015, through November 18, 2015, an unpaid FMLA childrearing leave, with insurance, per Federal Government regulations, beginning November 19, 2015, through February 26, 2016, and an unpaid leave of absence beginning February 27, 2016, through March 18, 2016, with insurance at her expense.

       Danielle Schaffer, a paid childrearing leave of absence, beginning August 24, 2105, through September 7, 2015, and an unpaid FMLA childrearing leave, with insurance, per Federal Government regulations, beginning September 8, 2015, through December 3 2015.

       Listing of Volunteer Athletic Coaches for the 2015-2016 school year.

       Resignation of Sandra Leindecker, Cafeteria Employee/Cook, for the purpose of super-annuated retirement, effective June 5, 2015. 

       Resignation of LeRoy Hummel, Custodian, for the purpose of disability retirement, effective July 31, 2015.

       Voluntary transfer of Christopher Glovas from Middle Shift Custodian at Siegfried Elementary School to Middle Shift Custodian at George Wolf Elementary School, effective on or about August 24, 2015.

       Master Substitute List for the 2015-16 school year.

       Resignation of Katie Evans from the position of Special Education Instructional Assistant, effective August 4, 2015.

       Felicia Strauch, LTS Mathematics Teacher at the Middle School, effective August 24, 2015, for the first semester of the 2015-2016 school year.  Her salary will be $46,050.00, pro-rated, without benefits,           based on a Bachelorís degree and Step1, per the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and     NAEA.

       Two 1-1 Instructional Assistant positions for the 2015-2016 school year, with salary and benefits in       accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and ESPA.

       Adoption of the following policy, effective August 11, 2015:   246 - Student Wellness.

       Textbook Adoptions for the 2015-2016 School Year for a total cost of $188,057.56.  The district cost for these textbooks is $167,292.01.  Title 1 Grant funding paid for $20,765.55 of the textbook costs.  All textbook costs are included in the Board approved curriculum budget.
