At the regular meeting of the Board of
Education, the Board approved the following:
Resignation of Ashley Greb, Special Education
Instructional Assistant, effective August 9, 2016.
an extension to her unpaid FMLA childrearing
leave of absence, with insurance, beginning August 22, 2016, through September
27, 2016 - AM, as per Federal Government regulations, and an unpaid
childrearing leave, beginning September 27, 2016 - PM, through November 1,
2016, no insurance.
Ronia Jarrah, a paid childbearing leave of
absence, beginning on or about November 10, 2016, through January 6, 2017 Ė
AM, and an unpaid FMLA childrearing leave, with insurance, beginning January
6, 2017 Ė PM, through March 23, 2017, as per Federal Government regulations.
Resignation of Gwen Whildin as Head Swimming
Coach, effective August 16, 2016.
District Master Volunteer List for the
2016-2017 school year.
Additions and deletions to the Substitute
Listing for the 2016-2017 school year.
Resignation of Matthew Rutz, Security Officer,
effective August 23, 2016.
Resignation for the purpose of Early
Retirement, for Helen Suchajda, effective the end of the day September 6,
2016. Approve a waiver of the following requirements: Per School Code Sec.
1168 Ė obligation to return to service for one full school term upon
conclusion of a sabbatical leave and notification to participate in the Early
Retirement Incentive by February 1 or 120 calendar days prior to anticipated
effective date of the school year prior to retirement.
Rescind the involuntary transfer of Pamela
Romanishan to a Kindergarten one-to-one instructional assistant position,
building to be determined. Ms. Romanishan will remain at the high school in a
one-to-one instructional assistant position. There is no change to rate of
pay or benefits.
Amy Grabfelder, TPE Grade 2 Elementary Teacher
at George Wolf Elementary, effective August 22, 2016. Her salary will be
$48,520.00, with benefits, based on a Bachelorís +15 degree and Step 1, per
the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA.
Karissa Hantz, Long Term Substitute Elementary
Teacher, effective August 22, 2016, through on or about March 23, 2017. Her
salary will be $253.83 per diem, based on a Bachelorís degree and Step 1,

Voluntary transfer of Timothy Beil from Third
Shift Custodian to Middle Shift Custodian at the Middle School, effective on
or about September 1, 2016, with no change in base salary.
Kaitlynn Wiltraut, Long Term Substitute
Mathematics Teacher at the Middle School, effective August 22, 2016, for the
first semester of the 2016-2017 school year. Her salary will be $253.83 per
diem, based on a Bachelorís degree and Step 1, without

Elementary, Middle School, and High School
including Revised Curricula in Business/Technology, Physical Education, Social
Studies, English, FACS, Art, Math, Music, Science, and World Language.
DB Water Specialties of
Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, owned by Donald Bennett, Jr., a licensed water
treatment operator, to monitor and treat the domestic well water at Lehigh and
Moore Elementary Schools at a cost of $600 per month.
Sixty-month lease with Fraser
Advanced Information Systems for a Sharp MX-M904N copier in the Middle School at
a cost of $459.00 per month.
