At the regular meeting of the Board of Education, the Board approved the following:
∑ Resignation of Kim Davis as Head Boys Tennis Coach, effective February 22, 2019.
∑ Employee #4287 a paid childbearing leave of absence beginning on or about May 22, 2019, through on or about June 12, 2019, and an unpaid FMLA childrearing leave of absence beginning August 19, 2019, through on or about October 15, 2019, no insurance.
∑ Employee # 4286 a paid childbearing leave of absence beginning on or about May 19, 2019, through June 7, 2019, and an unpaid FMLA childrearing leave of absence beginning June 10, 2019, through on or about June 12, 2019, with insurance, as per Federal Government regulations.
∑ A half-year sabbatical for Courtney Schnyderite, for the purpose of professional development, for the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year.
∑ Posting for the positions of current teachers and instructional assistants for Extended School Year (ESY) and Chapter 15/Section 504 Services for the summer 2019, with the number of teachers and instructional assistants actually needed to be determined.
∑ Resignation per Agreement of Heather Apostolopoulos as a professional employee effective at the end of the 2018-2019 school year.
∑ Additions and deletions to the Substitute Listing for the 2018-19 school year.
∑ Revised Master district Volunteer List for the 2018-19 school year.
∑ Resignation of Lynn Rehrig from the position of LTS Special Education Instructional Assistant at George Wolf Elementary School, effective at the end of the day March 15, 2019.
∑ Revised job description for Secretary to the Assistant Superintendent, effective March 11, 2019.
∑ The following addition to the Athletic Event Staff for the 2018-2019 school year:

∑ Ms. Anita Mateyak, Mr. James Chuss, and 10 FBLA students to attend/compete in the FBLA State Competition and Leadership Conference in Hershey, PA, on April 7, 8, 9, and 10, 2019. Total cost to the District will not exceed $2,815.00. All costs to the District are included in the Board approved 2018-2019 budget.
∑ Daniele Bowman, Head Boys Tennis Coach, effective for the 2018-2019 school year, for a total compensation of $4,353.00, 90% of the head coach stipend, pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
∑ Mr. Ryan Mertz and one student to attend the PMEA All-State Orchestra Conference in Pittsburgh, PA. They will be attending April 3 through April 6, 2019. The approximate cost to the District is $1,707.66. The costs are included in the Board approved 2018-19 District budget.
∑ Revised Community Education Spring 2019 roster of instructors and stipends for the 2018-19 school year.
∑ Christopher Soboleski, PE Art Teacher at the Middle School, effective no more than 60 days after March 12, 2019. His salary will be $55,410.00, prorated, with benefits, based on a Bachelorís +15 degree and Step 6, per the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA.
∑ 2017-18 Audit Report as prepared by the local auditors, Gorman & Associates, P.C.
∑ 2019-20 Northampton Community College Educational and Support Budget in the amount of $61,362,356 with Northampton Area School Districtís contribution of $817,600 required to fund the budget.
∑ Approve the 2018-2019 Budget Transfers.
∑ Bills for Payment.
