At the regular meeting of the Board of Education, the Board approved the following:

                        Kermit Bachman

                        Jennifer Schwartz-O’Boyle

                               Year 1 - 2019/2020 Service $5,165.00 + Load bank test $5,200.00 = $10,365.00

                               Year 2 - 2020/2021 Service $5,165.00

                               Year 3 - 2021/2022 Service $5,165.00

            A.  $9,278 for Chromebook Reserve as Assigned Fund Balance Reserve.

B.  $1,000,000 for District Wide Capital Improvements as Committed Fund Balance Reserves.                   

·       Adopt the 2019-2020 Final General Fund/Athletic Fund/& Food Services Budget with total revenues and expenditures listed below:

                                          General Fund                  $110,532,215.00

                                          Athletic Fund                  $      251,935.00

                                          Food Services Fund        $   2,414,163.00

  

The General Fund budget is supported by an increase of 1.97% that equates to 1.06 mills and the following tax levy:

                                                Per Capita Tax                                    $5.00

                                                Real Estate Transfer Tax           0.5%

                                                Earned Income Tax                   0.7%

 

                                    Section 670 Pennsylvania School Code

·       Settlement Agreement and Release for a special education student.

·       Settlement Agreement and Release for a special education student.

·       Contract renewal with “Providastaff/EDUHealthcare” for Speech and Language services at Colonel John Siegfried Elementary School and/or other District buildings based on student needs at a cost not to exceed $70,560.00.

·       ABA Support Services contract for a student with special needs for the Summer 2019 ESY Program and the 2019-2020 school year.

·       Renewal contract with Erika Fitzpatrick, certified Wilson Reading Instructor, for the delivery of school-based services utilizing the Wilson Reading Program at a cost not to exceed $17,500.00.

·       Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit Non-Member SD & Charter Schools Special Education Services Agreement.

·       Tax Exonerations/Changes.

·       Bills for Payment.
